If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
User Obligations and Conduct

Lawful Use Only: Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any content or data you input, post, or transmit via the Service.
No Misuse or Interference: Refrain from misusing the Service. This includes not attempting to reverse engineer, damage, or interfere with the Service or its associated software, and not introducing any malware or harmful code.
Respect for Others: Do not use the Service to transmit defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing content, or to impersonate any individual or entity. Do not engage in any activity that could violate the rights of others or harm others (such as harassment, discrimination, or stalking).
Compliance with Communication Laws: If you use the Service’s tools for outreach (email, SMS, calls, etc.), you must comply with marketing and communications laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act for emails, the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for calls/texts, Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL), and any similar laws in applicable jurisdictions. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents before contacting individuals and for honoring opt-out/unsubscribe requests promptly.

This includes a prohibition on using the Service to advertise or promote illegal products/services, spam, obscene or hateful material, or any content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities.
Data Use and Restrictions
Our platform provides access to a database of business lead information. By using this data, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Data Sources: All lead data provided through the Service is sourced from publicly available records or obtained from third-party providers with proper consent. Automation Partners AI acts as a data aggregator, not the original owner of the personal data collected. We do not guarantee that data is error-free or up-to-date, though we strive to source accurate information ethically.
Permitted Uses of Data: You may use the leads and data obtained from our Service only for legitimate business purposes, such as business-to-business outreach, marketing campaigns, sales lead follow-up, or customer acquisition efforts. All usage must comply with applicable data protection laws and these Terms.
Prohibited Uses of Data: You are expressly forbidden from reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the lead data to any third party. The data must not be used for unlawful purposes (e.g., identity theft, fraud) or in ways that violate privacy laws or individual rights. Any use of data for consumer marketing in jurisdictions that require consent (such as email marketing to EU individuals) must be done in compliance with those consent requirements – you are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions.
User Compliance Responsibilities: You are responsible for compliance with all relevant laws when using the data. This includes, without limitation:
Email Marketing Laws: Such as the CAN-SPAM Act (USA) and similar laws, requiring truthful sender information and an unsubscribe mechanism.
Telephone and SMS Laws: Such as the TCPA (USA), which requires prior express consent for certain automated calls or texts.
Data Protection/Privacy Laws: Such as the GDPR (EU/EEA), UK data protection laws, and CCPA (California) for any personal data involved, including honoring opt-out or deletion requests from individuals.
You agree to use any personal data obtained through our Service only on a valid legal basis (for example, consent or legitimate interest under GDPR) and to honor any privacy rights requests you receive. We have not obtained consents on your behalf - it is your duty to ensure your use of the data is lawful in each jurisdiction.
Data Accuracy and Permission: You acknowledge that the lead information we provide might be obtained from third parties or public sources, and while we endeavor to provide current and accurate data, we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Use the data at your own risk. If an individual’s data is included and they request to be removed or suppressed, you should update your records accordingly and can notify us so we can update our database as well.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials on the Automation Partners AI website and within the Service - including text, software, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and design – are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We (or our licensors) retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, scrape, display, or sell any portion of our content or software without our prior written consent. All Automation Partners AI trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property and may not be used without permission.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you, and you hereby assign any intellectual property rights in such feedback to us.
Third-Party Integrations and Links
Our Service may include integrations or links to third-party websites, services, or tools (for example, CRM systems, analytics platforms, email service providers, or social media sites). These are provided for your convenience and to extend functionality. We do not own or control third-party services.
Third-Party Links: If our website or platform contains links to external sites or resources, those links are provided for information only. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Accessing those sites is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and policies.
Third-Party Tools/Integrations: If you choose to connect our Service with third-party applications (e.g., integrating with your CRM or email account), you grant us permission to send or receive data as needed to facilitate the integration. We are not liable for any disclosure or modification of data that occurs due to actions by the third-party tool. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy and Data Handling
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We handle personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws and with respect for your privacy. (Please refer to the Privacy Policy document below for details.)
We maintain a data handling policy consistent with industry standards and legal requirements. Highlights include:
1) Lead data we provide is derived from public sources or licensed third-party vendors in a lawful manner.
2) Data is delivered and stored securely, in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy laws.
3) Individuals have rights to opt out of our lead database or request deletion of their data; see the Privacy Policy for how to exercise such rights (we honor GDPR/CCPA opt-out or deletion requests to the extent applicable).
4) We are transparent about third-party processors we use (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics); see the Privacy Policy for details on third-party data processing.
Fees, Payments, and Subscription (if applicable)
Certain features or services may require payment of fees. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our Pricing page or order form. Payments are typically billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, unless otherwise stated. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless indicated otherwise, and are exclusive of any taxes (you are responsible for any taxes or duties).
If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or revoke access to the Service until you rectify the payment. We may use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle billing; we do not store your full credit card details on our systems, as these are handled securely by the payment processor.
Refund Policy: Automation Partners AI may offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions (as stated in our FAQs). If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of using a paid Service, you may cancel and request a full refund according to our refund process. Beyond any promotional guarantee period, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Use at Your Own Risk: The Service, including all content, data, and software, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Automation Partners AI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service’s operation or the information, materials, or results available through it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Accuracy and Quality: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any data (including lead information) or content provided. The data is aggregated from public and third-party sources, which may contain errors or become outdated. You acknowledge that any reliance on the Service’s data or content is at your own risk.
Fitness for Purpose: No advice or information obtained from us, whether oral or written, shall create any warranty not expressly stated. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or achieve any particular results (for example, we do not guarantee that using our lead generation tools will increase your sales or customer base).
Availability and Security: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. While we implement security measures, we do not guarantee the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security, backup, and protective measures for your systems.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation Partners AI and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
1) Your use of or inability to use the Service;
2) Any conduct or content of any third party on or through the Service;
3) Any content obtained from the Service (including reliance on the accuracy or completeness of lead data);
4) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.
5) In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for the specific service in question in the 6 months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if no fees were paid.
6) These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, in such jurisdictions our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Automation Partners AI LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use or misuse of the Service or data obtained through the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights). We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.
Modifications to Service or Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We also may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date, or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you should stop using the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms or if we suspect misuse of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnity, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive. If you wish to terminate your own account, you may do so at any time by contacting us or using the account settings, but you will remain responsible for any fees or charges incurred before termination.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any disputes or claims shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
However, we reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction if necessary to prevent a breach of intellectual property or unauthorized use of the Service. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with local laws.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or guidelines published by us via the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Automation Partners AI regarding the use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements, proposals or communications (oral or written) between us relating to the subject matter here in.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
